We just completed repairing this Class C. The cabover was rotting from the inside out due to old caulking that had cracked around places like the overhead air vent and was leaking for what must have been at lease a couple years. With damage this serious and far reaching we had to remove and rebuild the entire cabover to it’s original specs inside and out. From unusable to being brand new, the owners were overjoyed to get their RV back in time for their next trip and looking so good. A special thanks to my awesome crew for another job well done!

A Beautiful New Roof in the Making!
Here’s a quick shot of a beautiful new roof job going on in our shop this week. The A/C and a few new vents are installed, got a few more vents to go and a final calking. After that, this RV will be ready to hit the road and gracefully endure just about any weather dear Mother Nature may have.
New Flooring for this Coach Requires the Slide-out to Come Out.
This Coach needed the flooring replaced around the slide-out. To do the job correctly, we must completely remove the entire slide-out from the coach. After that it’s a basic flooring job, but re-installing the slide-out is not a job for the faint of heart and inexperienced. This is a common job at Almaden RV, so obtaining perfect alignment and fit when the slid-out is fully retracted is not a problem as well as a free flowing full extension.
Luxury Coach – Will be Good As New
A panel on this huge luxury coach was severely damaged and it’s a good size job to replace. Our technician is carefully cutting, bending and shaping this sheet of metal into proper form and fit. After that, it will be carefully riveted into place for a secure and perfect factory finish. Then off to paint. Over time, we have completed many jobs like this and received great customer satisfaction, so no job is too big. When it’s all said and done, this luxury coach will look as good as new.
